I bike past this billboard everyday at work and can't help but crack up every time I see it. I can imagine what they were saying when they shot the photo for it, "You put your head down next to my fist and I'll stretch my arm out like I'm punching the fuck out of your face!" "Yeah that's great! That's totally Reality Based Self Defence!"
The best part though is the mascot below, a kangaroo in a padded vest with a sword on his back and knife and gun in his hands, yeah that just screams 'reality based'! Personally I think I'll just stick with Karate.
