Heaven on Earth

Incredible Hulk Chin

A Guy on the tram tonight was smashed out of his mind from solvents he had been hitting hard at the stop for at least the 15 mins I was waiting. His chin was all green from sucking from the bag which looked pretty funny and pathetic.

Once on the tram he became highly irritable, wandering up and down the aisles begging and leering at womenfolk. Switching between anger and delerium within seconds and back again.

At the stop just before mine he lost his balance and fell all over me with his filthy green stained body. With the reaction speed of a ninja using my library book filled bag I foisted him off me sending him tumbling off kilter into the stairwell on the opposite side of the tram. Smacko! His head cracked into the closed tram door and after a couple rubs of his head he just lies there grinning.

The coffee-fueled rage in my head says, "Finish the job! put his head through the window!" The real life me leaps off at the next stop and never looks behind.

I Miss Fulla

Fulla Sleep Anywhere

Fulla Dont Care when I'm Messy

Box Wars Memories

Played at Box Wars last month with Megaheroes. Turned into a cardboard rage debacle as Ryan had a tantrum mid way through the set. Following night at The Convoy was a heckload of fun though with King Brothers, Golden Axe and a slew of other sonic beasties.

Another Rainy Day

Managed to put 2 tram passes through the wash and utterly destroy them. Darn.

I'm on the edge of employment, any day now I will make a commitment and get back to daydreaming amidst menial labour.

Been listening the first Finn album a bit lately. Always had a massive affection for the song 'Last day of June' and 'Suffer Never' and of course anything with Tim Finn on drums and BVs is pretty sweet too.

Blog! Blog! Blog!

I arrived in Melbourne on the 1st May, 2007. Since then I've spent the last week and a half exploring and hanging out at all the wonderful regional libraries. This weekend I go to see Secret Chiefs 3!

As of landing in this country I gave up drinking coffee which left me irritable, withdrawn and tired for a week but I'm pulling through now yes! The whole time difference thing here affected me dramatically as well, I can barely stay awake past 10 pm but also find myself waking around 6:30am, which is kinda cool, nice to get into the day early and rested.

Staying with some with some lovely folks that hopefully wont mind me crashing on their couch until Karlos and I move into a pad at the end of the month.

Working on a bunch of written works to mail off tomorrow in an effort to get paid for words and have the Emerging Writers Festival to prepare some comics/prose for at the end of the month...

If I can stave off sensible employment this year, I'll be most happy!
